Inverted Liquid Sugar
Inverted Liquid Sugar is a product obtained from acid hydrolysis of sucrose solution under controlled heating. The product is a mixture of fructose, glucose, sucrose and water and is liquid, transparent, without impurities and yellowish.
Applications
Ice creams, cold desserts, caramels, baked goods, fried products, sauces, syrups, alcooholic beverages and industrial applications.
